Ryan Associates completed planning and landscape design services for the final fifty-four homes in this gated golf community.  A former quarry, the site is characterized by dramatic rock outcroppings and grade changes. Ryan Associates sited the homes to compose distinct neighborhoods and capture the stunning golf views. Planting design anchors the home amidst native woodland to create private outdoor areas at each residence.
